‘Rama Rama Krishna Krishna’ under the direction of Srivass of Lakshyam fame ‘Ram’ in the lead role is gearing up for its release on 12th May. As earlier reported, the film’s DTS mixing is under progress at Prasad Labs and now the latest news is that the final song of the film ‘Thu Go Jilla’ sung by Daler Mehandi will start its shooting from today at Hyderabad. The song has lyrics by Anantha Sriram and music by MM Keeravani.
Bindu Madhavi and Priya Anand are playing the love interests of Ram in the film. Action King Arjun, Brahmanandam, Gracy Singh, Brahmaji are playing other crucial roles in the film. ‘Dil’ Raju is producing the film under the banner, Sri Venkateswara Creations.

Aditya Babu is producing a new film titled ‘Chalaki’ under Aditya Arts banner. Besides producing this flick he is also playing the male lead. Kannada director Madesh, who directed 3 films in Kannada is going to make his debut in Telugu through this flick. This is a variety conceptual film. The story is about a college going boy who gets admission in a women’s college. How he joined the women’s college and the after effects will be shown on screen. Roma plays the female lead. The shooting has been completed and presently under post production works. Music is likely to release shortly and the film in 1st week of May.

‘Aawara’ film is a dubbed version of a Tamil film named ‘Paiyaa’. Tamannaah is the lead actress in the film. Linguswamy, who had directed ‘Pandem Kodi’, ‘Bheema’, has directed this film. K.E.Gnanavel is producing it on ‘Studio Green’ banner. The Tamil version of the film had great openings and the movie grossed Rs.12 crores within the first 3 days of its release. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music of the film. ‘Aawara’ will be released in the second half of April, although a date hasn’t been confirmed yet. Karthi and Tamannaah are going to act in another Tamil film which is a remake of Ravi Teja-S S Rajamouli’s ‘Vikramarkudu’.

Kommaram puli is coming to an end very soon. as this movie is getting ready to hit silver screens. Audio of this film is slated to release on April 30th, music of this movie will release through sony music.

One can’t wait to hear AR Rahman’s tunes for Komaram Puli as it is his biggest venture in Telugu after many years. With Ye Maya Chesave AR Rahman also broke the jinx that his straight films don’t perform well. That is added bonus for Komaram Puli as the anti sentiments were ruled out completely. ‘ Komaram Puli’ has completed its talkie part and dubbing part of the film is progressing at Shabdhalaya studios, Hyderabad. The latest news is that three songs which are left are scheduled for its shooting from April 18th in different sets. The post-production works are progressing at brisk-pace to meet the deadline of its release date on May 14th.
Singanamala Ramesh is producing the film under the banner, Kanakaratna Movies. Binod Pradhan is the cinematographer of the film and AR Rahman is scoring the music. Nikesha patel is being introduced as heroine with this movie. The actress in a recent interview stated that Pawan Kalyan has become her best friend and it has been great pleasure to work with him. The actress also said that she is waiting for the film’s release

1940 lo Oka Gramam, a Telugu film which won a National Award for Best regional film (Telugu), is going to release later this month. Directed by Narasimha Nandi, the film narrates the story of a village in the pre-independence era and the movie fiddles with the theme of Caste and Rich-Poor divide. The film also won 4 Nandi Awards. Sadly, no distributor had come forward to buy the film or to screen it, for the past 2 years. One of the leading producers in Telugu film industry, Bellamkonda Suresh, had come forward to release the film on his ‘Sri Lakshmi Narasimha’ banner. Bala Aditya and Sri Ramya played the lead roles in this film. Earlier, the film was supposed to hit the screens on April 9th. However, the latest news is that the film is going to release on April 16 .

Deva Katta, the director who gave super hit with Vennela, is back. Even though he delivered a hit with a romantic entertainer, Deva has decided to buck the trend and has now come up with a film that is far different and more exciting than his first film.  His forthcoming movie titled Prasthanam is ready to hit the screens on April 16th. Produced by Ravi Vallabhaneni, the film has Sharwanand and newcomer Ruby in the lead roles and it has music by Mahesh Shankar.

Deva Katta feels that the movie would also strike chord with the audiences likeVennela did two years ago. “I took big gap to prepare a good script and live up to the name got for Vennela and I am happy with the outcome,” he said.

The film has political theme but laced with entertainment, romance and family elements.

The audio of Awara, the (dubbed) Telugu version of Karthi-Tamannaah’s Tamil film Paiyya, directed by Lingusamy under the banner of Thirupathi Brothers and Cloud Nine, will be launched on April 9.

Music is composed by Yuvanshankar Raja. The Tamil version, which bagged a clean ‘U’ certificate without any cuts, was released on Friday.

Paiyya is a road movie, a travelogue. How would a young man, who had flipped for a beautiful girl he saw the previous day, feel when she actually walks up to him and hitch-hikes a ride to Mumbai? That forms the plot of the film. This is Lingusamy’s sixth film afterAnandam, Run, Ji, Sandakkozhi and Bheema.

The Prabhas-Kajal starrer “Darling” is being produced by BVSN Prasad and directed by Karunakaran is all set to hit the screens on these summer holiday’s.

The producer says that he is planning to release it on April 23. Prabhas said “It is a feel good entertainer. I am glad that I worked with Karunkaran as he is one of my favorite directors and liked his Toliprema and Ullasnga Utsahnga immensely. Audiences would also feel fresh with this film,”

The star cast of the film includes Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, MS Narayana, Ahuthi Prasad, Srinivas Reddy. Sreenu, Raju, Sridhar and others. Tamil actor Prabhu is playing a key role.

Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures and Reliance Big Pictures are together bringing the youthful romantic entertainer ‘Saleem’ in front of the audience on December 11th. The post production works also have reached the final stage.

‘Saleem’ starring Vishnuvardhan Babu and Ileana under YVS Chowdary’s direction is the 51st film of Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures. The movie is being made with high technical values with a huge budget of Rs 23 crores. Besides being a producer, Dr Mohan Babu also portrayed a key role. Sandeep Chowta provided the musical scores. Other prominent artists are Kaveri Jha, Venkat, Nepoleon, Hema, Giribabu, Pragathi, etc.
